With the free mobile application Warsaw 19115:

How does it work?
Do you see a fallen tree or a hole in the road?
Using the Warsaw 19115 application, you can report these or other problems in the city in three simple steps:
• describe the problem
• add a photo (this step is not necessary)
• indicate the location
Your report will be sent to the Warsaw 19115 City Contact Center, from where you will receive a confirmation with a number, thanks to which you can check the stage of your case. You will have constant access to the history of all your reports.
Through the application, you can submit a free application - an idea for changes in the city that will make Warsaw more beautiful, modern and friendly.
In the waste collection schedule tab, you can check the dates of waste collection at the address or addresses you are interested in, and set notifications reminding you of their dates. You will learn the rules of proper waste segregation, and if you have any doubts, the search engine will suggest where to throw what.
If you want Warsaw to have more greenery, you can indicate where we should plant a tree. Go to the place where you want to plant a tree and click report. Information about the possibility and conditions of implementing your report will appear on the map. You will receive a notification number, thanks to which you will check at what stage your case is. You will have access to the history of all your notifications at all times.
Through the Citizens' Budget tab, you can check on the map the projects that were created in your area. During the notification of projects, discussions or voting, you will be able to directly participate in deciding on the city budget.
Through the Warsaw Notification System, you will learn about planned changes in traffic organization, important city projects, important official dates and cultural and sports events co-organized by the city. You will also automatically receive messages about local threats.
Using the Air Quality Index tab, you can learn about the state of its quality in Warsaw. You will also check detailed measurements along with recommendations for protecting your health. Using
the Toilets tab, you can check public toilets in Warsaw. The map includes both stationary and portable public toilets, as well as toilets in public utility buildings and private facilities available to all residents.
In the Parking tab, you can check the location and availability of parking spaces, other than those designated in the Unguarded Paid Parking Zone (SPPN). On the map, you can check the route and travel time from the place you have selected. Each parking lot has a metric that provides information on, among other things, the general number and type of parking spaces, the number of free spaces, price lists, and additional services.
In the EKOpunkty tab you will find the addresses of pharmacies where you can return mercury thermometers and expired medicines. On the map you can also check the addresses of stationary and mobile Selective Collection Points for Municipal Waste (PSZOK and MPSZOK)
